Pepperoni Hopple and Popple

Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups Hashbrown potatoes5 Lg Eggs1/2 C milkpinch of salt Pinch of pepper1/2 tsp Italian SeasoningPepperoni (14 Slices)1/4- 1/2 Cup cheddar Cheese
Directions
In a frying pan brown hasbrowns with onion and bell pepper on med heat.
wisk 5 lg eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper and italian seasoning. Pour over potatoes. Add sliced pepperoni, cover with lid and let stand for 12-15 minutes
sprinkle with cheddar cheese let stand 2 min. and serve
