Butternut Squash soup

Ingredients
One butternut squash, one onion, 200g butter/ margarine, 1litre water, cup of milk, pepper to season.
Directions
Enough for four servings. Peel and chop butternut squash and onions. Fry both in the butter/ margarine for 10 mins on low heat. Turn heat up and add water, bring to boil. Simmer for 30 mins. Add milk and remaining butter/margarine. Serve with black pepper and Creme Fraiche (optional).
