Helen's Asian Green Beans Stir-fry

Ingredients
1.5 lbs fresh green beans (boiled or steamed)5 cloves garlic minced4 shallots chopped2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoons light soy saucePinch of black pepper
Directions
1. Cook your green beans boil or steamed. I like to steam mine.
2. Heat your pan and once the pan is heated add your olive oil.
3. Add your garlic and shallots and stir fry for 3 minutes in medium heat. Do not let the garlic get burned!
4. Add your cooked green beans and mix together with the garlic and shallots in medium high heat.
5. Add the soy sauce and pepper. Stir until the green beans are evenly coated. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.

    This is similar to the way I make them, minus the olive oil and use cooking spray. I do add sesame seeds as well. - 8/27/11
