1 lb pizza/bread dough1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup sugar
Let dough rise for 3 hours, covering it with towels to keep it warm. Once risen, warm canola oil in skillet (cast iron is best). Tear pieces of dough and stretch out without tearing holes in the stretched dough. Fry in hot oil until golden on each side. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Enjoy! Makes 10.
