Kat's Harvest Stew

Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat, lean2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp flour to coat the meat2 14 oz cans of stewed tomatoes1 cup carrots, raw, sliced into half-inch chunks4 cloves of garlic, minced1 4oz can of mushroom pieces, drained1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped1/2 cup seedless raisins1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced1/2 bell pepper, chopped1/4 tsp black pepper1/3 cup filtered water1/2 cup beer or red wine (optional)
Directions
Coat the meat with flour and brown quickly in a little butter or healthy oil. Pour it all into a slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high 5 hours, or low for 11 hours.
