* Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz (remove) * Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 2 slice (remove) * No calorie spray butter.
Spray no cal butter on both slices of bread. Put 1 slice butter side down in a hot greased fry pan. Stack cheese, ham, cheese on that and put other slice of bread butter side up on it.
Turn over when first side is browned and cook second side till brown.
