Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
15 oz can of pink salmon, canned in water, drained and flaked3/4 c white beans (navy or canollini) mashed with fork1 egg, lightly beaten/14 c whole wheat breadcrumbs3 T mayonaise1/4 tsp Salt-free lemon Pepper seasoning1 T oil for the fry pan
Directions
Mash beans, flake salmon, mix all ingredients. Use a large ice cream scoop to portion into 4. Scoop into hot oil in pan (heated over medium high). Cook on one side for 4 or 5 minutes then carefully flip and mash down. Cook for another 4 minutes.
