Southwest Lentil and Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup Lentils4 cups Vegetable Broth,Chicken Broth or Beef Broth1 cup Water1 15 1/2 ounce can diced petite tomatoes2 cups carrots, grated4 ounces diced green chilies2 tablespoons dried onions4 packets Knorr Sazon Achiote y Culantro (Sazon with Cilantro)1 teaspoon Garlic Powder1 teaspoon salt1 Cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 300.
Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray.
Add all ingredients to casserole dish and mix well.
Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Remove foil, add shredded cheese and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
