Vegetables * 3 Cups Cabbage, napa, Shredded * 2 Carrots grated * 1/2 cup Red Pepper julienne * 1 Jalapeno Peppers Julienne * 5 tbsp Cilantro chopped * 3 tbsp Basil choppedDressing * 1/4 Yogurt, plain, low fat * 1 tbsp Mayonnaise * 2 tbsp Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce * 1 tbsp Japanese Mirin * 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar * 1 tbsp Curry Paste, Mae Ploy Red
Directions
Prepare vegetables

In a separate bowl prepare dressing

Mix and serve.
*Flavors meld to perfection in 4 to 6 hours in the fridge
