Lemony Sweet Yams

Ingredients
4c cooked ,cubed yams or sweet potatoes1 whole lemon, seeded and juiced1 tsp ground nutmeg2 tsp butter2 tsp liquid honey
Directions
Peel and cube one large sweet potato (yams are smaller so if you are using try to gage a 4 cup portion). Smaller cubes shorten cooking time. I try to make mine 1/2" size. Place in pot of boiling ware and cook about 20 minutes, drain and add all ingredients. Mash until fairly smooth ( I like mine a little chunky) and serve.
