Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Flour1tsp baking powder1tbsp sugar1/4tsp nutmeg1cup milk1tbsp melted butter3/4cup mashed banana2 eggs
Directions
Mix all of your dry ingredients

In a seperate bowl mix milk, butter, banana and egg yolks. Wisk egg whites until stiff. add.

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.

Cook on medium heat on the stove. (don't forget to spray non-stick on the pan)

makes about 10-11 4" pancakes... It's easy to eat two, so you could say there are 5-10 servings depending on how hungry everyone is or how muc other food is around.
