crock pot macaroni and cheese

Ingredients
3 c cooked macaroni1 tbs smart balance omega buttery spread melted (not light)2 c evaporated milk 3 c shredded 2% cheddar cheese1tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
add all ingredients into slow cooker. cook on high for 2-3 hours stiring twice.

***in this recipe I used regular evaporated milk because thats all I had. But to lower the overall cals and fat ect, this will also work well with the fat free evap milk.

    Really good. I'm not sure how large the servings noted above are, but they must be quite generous. I doubled the recipe and used fat free evaporated mild and wound up with 20 half cup servings with 165 calories, 5G fat, 20G carbs, and 10G protein. - 4/18/11
