Ingredients
Schar Gluten Free Anellini, 330 gram(s) whole boxCanned Chicken breast--White Premium Swanson, 12 oz Fresh Chives, 4 tbsp chopped Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedCottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 12 oz Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 1 oz Sun Crystal (1 pkt), 1 serving Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 4 dashes
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water to chill. In a large bowl combine pasta, chicken, diced celery, onion, chives, and cottage cheese. In a small bowl make dressing out of almond milk, stevia sweetener and mayo. Stir into pasta mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill, serve, enjoy.
