Shrimp Pasta Bowl

Ingredients
1 Box Barilla Plus Rotini2 lb raw or cooked shrimp ( i prefer raw, better flavor and texture)7 plum tomatoes (chopped)1-2 cucumbers (peeled and chopped)1 cup or more of snow pea pods1/4 olive oil (more or less to taste)half stick of butter (more or less to fat content and taste)2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped finesalt pepper and parsley to taste
Directions
saute shrimp in garlic and half of olive oil
once opaque, throw in seasoning and butter/rest of olive oil
simmer til done.

Boil Pasta as directions state, set aside
chop all veggies, toss together to mix ,set aside

After all is done, toss together or portion amount of shrimp, veggies over pasta. yummo
