Ingredients: *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cups or one can. Beans, black, 2 cup or one can Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Garlic, 2 clove Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Basil, 2 tbsp Rosemary, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Heat oil in large sauce pan.
Place garlic, onion, peppers, celery in oil, saute until onion is translucent.
Add canned beans and tomatoes, herbs and salt or pepper if desired.
Heat until rolling boil then simmer for 30 min.
Makes 4 servings divided.
