Quick Salmon sandwich filling / dip

2 - 6 oz pouches of bumble bee pink salmon, drained (canned in water works too)1 Tbs cream cheese (option: use reduced fat or fat free) 1/2 Tbs light ranch dressing 1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (I like Old Bay)
Open salmon pouches and drain out excess water, set aside. Chop vegetables fine and combine in medium mixing bowl, add salmon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and seasoning (to taste) to vegetables, mix well. Serve on toasted english muffins, over salad or on crackers.
