Basic Hummus

Ingredients
2 Cups of Canned Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)1/2 Cup of Juice Reserved from the Garbanoz Beans (Chickpeas)1/4 Cup Lemon Juice2 Tbsp TahiniSpices of Your ChoiceSuggested Spice Combinations1. Substitute Lime Juice for the Lemon Juice - alot of cracked pepper2. Sundried Tomato and Basil3. Cumin and/or Curry (go easy on the curry)4. Hot Pepper or Sauce of Choice, start with a little so you don't overpower the hummus.
Directions
1. Place all ingrediants in a blender, blend on high until smooth.
2. If there is not enough liquid, add a bit of water.
