Cinnamon Almond Butter

2 1/2 Cups of sliced Almonds1 Tbsp Olive Oil3 TBS Splenda (sugar, but will increase calories)1 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar blen (opt. brown sugar will increase calories)1 TBA Cinnamon
Bake almonds at 350 degrees for about 10 mins until slightly brown. Place in food processor and process for about 5 mins. Scrape sides and add remaining ingredients. Process for about 2 mins. Add olive oil as desired. If it looks dry add full TBS, if not add less process until smooth and creamy. It will be melty from the heat of the processor. Store in a container in the fridge. It is not shelf stable due to no preservatives.
