Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
4 T flour4 T Olivani Lite (olive oil spread)salt and black pepper2 cups non-fat milk
Directions
Melt butter/spread in a medium size saucepan.
Add salt and pepper.
Whisk flour into butter until bubbly.
Slowly add milk and keep whisking to keep lumps from forming and/or milk burning.
Whisk on low heat until thickness required - usually only a couple of minutes :)
