Turkey Sausage Kale Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 medium onion chipped2 tsp garlic minced6 cups chicken stock14 oz smoked turkey sausage2 cups kale chopped3 cups great northern beans
Directions
Chop onion and finely mince garlic.
Cut turkey sausage into small round slices.
Heat soup pot to medium-high heat.
Cook turkey sausage for 5 minutes or until just browned.
Add onion and garlic cooking for 3 minutes or until onions softened.
Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Add kale and beans. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add crushed red pepper if desired.
