Egg in a Mug

Ingredients
2 egg whites1 Tablespoon, dried parsley flakes1/4 tsp tumeric1/4 tso, sea salt (iodized, preferred)1/4cup minced onions1/4cup minced celery1/8cup pimentos1 Tblsp. tap water (cold)
Directions
Combine, all ingredients, in coffee mug, stir well and place in microwave, for 50 seconds, remove stir and replace for 10 seconds, only if needed. Then Enjoy, the flavors, are scrumptious. This serves one.
