Eggs, Hash potatoes and veggies

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large potatoes- shredded hash browns simply potatoes (1/2 cup a serv), 2 serving Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
Directions
Chop onion into small pieces, clean red pepper and take the seeds and membrane out. Chop into small pieces. 1/2 for each.
In a medium pan sprayed with pam, add in hash browns and 2 large eggs. Scramble together. Add in the bell pepper and onions then add in the hash browns (1 cup worth). Mix together until done. And serve.
