You are going to need between 1lb-1.5lb short ribsApple Jelly 1/2 cupKetchup 1 cupBalsamic Vinegar 1/4 cupMinced Garlic 1 tspDried Rosemary 1 tbspSalt & Pepper to taste
Mix everything for the sauce together in your crockpot and set on low. Set in ribs and cook on low 4-6 hours until falling off the bone.
(**Remember, the recipe is assuming you are eating all the bbq sauce in a sitting... you'll have most of it left at the bottom of the pot and you won't consume it. Assume the calories are less then 1/2 of what it is suggesting!)
