Oriental Ginger Chicken

1 lb, boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper1/2 c. thinly sliced red or yellow pepper1 lg. stalk celery, sliced diagonally1/4 c. chopped onion1 c. chicken stock1 tbsp. Bragss amino (or to taste) can use soy sauce3 tsp. finely chopped ginerroot (or to taste)2 cups finely shredded cabbage (or bagged slaw mix)
Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces. Saute until no pink remains in a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam olive oil. Add onions and peppers and celery to pan. Saute unti veggies are still fairly crisp. Add broth, braggs, and gingerroot. Saute 3 or 4 minutes or until hot through. Add cabbage and heat through.
