Slow Cooker Vegetarian Mexican Enchilada

Ingredients
Black Beans, 2 cansDiced Tomatoes with chiles, 1 canDiced green chiles, 1 cancumin, 1.5 TbsGarlic Powder, 0.5 tspCheddar Cheese, optional
Directions
Drain/rinse beans. Come all ingredients (except toritallas) in a large bowl. Layer in slow cooker, alternating a scoop of bean mixture with the tortillas. Finish with beans on top.
Cook slow cooker on low for 5 hours. Put cheese on top, if desired.
