Tuna-Rice Supreme

1.25 cups Instant Rice,,uncooked1.25 cups cut broccoli, fresh or frozen1.25 cups cubed carrots, raw .5 cups onion, raw3 cups water1 (10 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup1 tsp. garlic powder .25 tsp. black pepper2 (6 oz) cans water packed tuna .5 cups lowfat milk
in a large sauce pan, combine rice, broccoli, carrots, onion and water. cover with lid.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Remove from heat, drain excess liquid.
Add mushroom soup, garlic powder, pepper, drained tuna and milk.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Makes 10-3/4 cup servings
