Ingredients
Directions
Half cup of butter or 113 grams2 Large Eggs240mls of Sour Cream2 Cups Of Plain Flour or 260 gramsSugar (white Granulated) 135 grams1 Tbsp Baking PowderHalf Tsp of Salt1 Cup Of Chocolate Chips Tsp Of Vanilla Essence
In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and softened butter , then add all wet ingredients in another bowl , once all ingredients are mixed , then bring them together in the one bowl and mix well , but do not over stir as the muffins will end up a bit tough , put 12 paper cases into the muffin tray and dollop a spoon or two in each of the cases , this mixture will make 12 small muffins depending on how big your muffin tray is , make sure the oven is set to 190 degrees (UK temperature) , I used an electric cooker for this and put the muffin tray in the middle shelf of the oven , i checked on them after 15 minutes and turned the tray 360 degrees around to make sure they get an even bake , mine was ready after 19 minutes and i rested them on a cooling tray for ten mins , but i did pinch one while it was hot , also if you wish before putting them in to bake you can sprinkle some extra chocolate chips or chocolate shavings on top of the muffins , they turned out great!! enjoy and any questions please feel free to ask x
