Katie's Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cup flour1.25 cup milk (I use skim)3.5 tsp baking powder3 tbsp butter (melted)1 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract.5 tsp cinnamon.25 tsp nutmeg.5 banana
Directions
The banana is best if it is already turning brown. Otherwise, mash up the banana in a bowl and set aside till it starts to turn color. Whisk ingredients together until a smooth batter forms. Heat griddle at slightly below med heat. The extra 1 tbsp of butter is for cooking. If I lightly butter the pan, I can make 1 tbsp last for cooking all the pancakes. Cook pancakes until the bottom is set and slightly brown. Flip, brown, eat. Makes ~15 pancakes.
