Ingredients
pumpkin puree, steel-cut oats, apples, cinnamon, pumkin pie spice, powdered skim milk
Directions
grease a crock pot, stir all dry ingredients, stir in 3 cups water, cook 4-6 hours on low, overnight, or on the stove 40 minutes. Can cool in the fridge and use for several days.
LOW sodium, no added sugar, no added fat.
Fancy-pants it any way you wish.
