Ingredients
* White Rice, * Milk, nonfat, * Whole Milk * Egg, fresh, * Granulated Sugar, * Almonds, Almond assence
Directions
Cook rice in 2 cups of water for 10 min.add pinch of salt in water.also add cardamom.
then add four cups of non fat milk and sugar and cook it for 25min on low heat,then add beaten egg and1 cup of whole milk(non fat milk if you want to)in in it and put off the stove.Add almonds and almond assence serve it hot or chilled if desired.
