Romaine lettuce (2 cups)Corn (0.1 cup)Peas (0.1 cup)Cucumber (0.1 cup)Grape Tomato (0.1 cup)Black Beans (0.1 cup)Grilled Chicken (0.25 breast)Basalmic Vinagarette Salad Dressing (3oz)
a half order salad fills a dinner plate size styrofoam sized container.
To make your own grill the chicken, half the tomatos, cook the beans. Serve everything chilled well mixed as salad.
*As I ordered this from a restaraunt I am not sure to the cooking and prep time, I would imagine about as long as it takes to cut things up and cook the beans and chicken. Although, having to cool peas and corn and beans might add some more time.
