Nearly Sugarfree Apple Struesel Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup Stevia1 tbsp flour1 tbsp apple pie spice6 Granny Smith apples2 Golden Delicious apples1 tbsp butter, cut up into very small pieces1 refrigerated pie crustFor Streusel:3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup flour1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup butter, softened
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare bottom pie crust according to directions.

Stir together dry ingredients for pie.
Peel and slice apples.
Pour sugar mixture over apples and mix well.
Pour into prepared pie crust.
Combine dry streusel ingredients. Cut butter in until crumbly. Pour over apples in pie crust.
Place pie on foil coated cookie sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
