Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Canola Oil, 1/4 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats , 1/2 c.Applesauce, sweetened, 1/4 c.Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed Pecans, 1/2 c. choppedBaking Soda, 1 tsp Honey, 1/2 c.Whole Wheat Flour, 1 1/2 cups (I use 1 cup unbleached and 1/2 c. fresh ground)
