Cinnamon Spiced Banana nut Bread

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour1 cup packed brown sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp baking soda4 egg whites (naturegg)1/2 cup buttermilk (Quebon 0,25%m.f.)1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (Mott's Fruitsations)1tsp vanilla1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven at 350. Spray a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan with no-stick spray and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients make a well in center.
In different bowl beat egg whited until foamy, stirin buttermilk, apple sauce and vanilla. then stir in bananas until well combined.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
Fold in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepered pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove the bread and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Makes 12 (80g) serving.
