Ingredients
Unsalted Beef Stock - 2 litersContadina Crushed Tomatoes w/Herbs - 28oz can85% Ground Beef, 1.25 lbsShredded carrots - 6ozZucchini - 2 smallSummer Squash - 1 medGreen Beans, fresh - 6oz
Directions
Add Beef Stock to Stock Pot. Cook ground beef in a frying pan. Drain fat from ground beef, add beef to stock pot. Add all vegetables to stock pot. Simmer for a few hours. Divide into 8 containers (2 cups each).
