Crockpot Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
2 lb extra lean ground beef1 lrg onion, chopped (1 cup)10 c coleslaw mix1 c brown rice uncooked1/2 c water4 tsp paprika1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper28 oz diced tomato (no salt added)
Directions
Cook beef and onion in a skillet until beef is brown. Drain.

Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat setting 4 to 6 hours or until cabbage is tender.
