Jean's Buffaloaf

Ingredients
1 Pound ground buffalo1 egg3/4 oatmeal1/3 cup catsup1/2 cup chopped onionsaltpepper1 cup milk
Directions
mix all ingredients together, but save 1/2 of catsup. You can use less milk if desired. Put into loaf pan, spread the other half of the catsup on top of loaf.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
