Ingredients
Oroweat" Double Fiber Bread, 2 serving Pitapal Fire roasted Eggplant dip (2 tbsp), 1 serving Onions, raw, 1 tbsp choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leafJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz)
Directions
Slightly toast the bread slices.One one slice ,spread the roasted eggplant dip. On the other slice ,spread 1 tsp of yellow mustard.Add tomatoes,onion,lettuce,cheese and jalapenos in the sandwich and enjoy.

    I love Baba Ganoush--one of the first things I buy the moment I land there---only BIG problem---all that Oil in the prepared Version---always drain it first!!Will definitely try it this way---usually eat it with crusty French Baguettes or crisp Kaise Rolls split open!!!So Yummy---really to die for!! - 10/23/10
