Ingredients
2 c. rolled oats2 c water1 banana1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Bake in belgian wafflw maker 10 min each waffle. Enjoy with syrup.

    This is VERY delicious but I have trouble getting it to cook all the way through. I suspect the banana is the culprit. Gets crispy on the outside but doughy on the inside, even after cooking for 20 minutes. Maybe use half a banana and add one egg? Just a suggestion, I haven't tried it. - 6/19/12
