Ingredients
24 Jumbo Pasta Shells15 oz can of Hunts Tomato Sauce1c Fiber One Cottage Cheese4 oz Kraft Mozzarella Low-Moisture Part Skim Shredded Cheese3 Tbsp Great Value Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup Great Value Liquid egg 8oz Jennie-o Ground Turkey - Italian Seasoning1 small onion diced1 glove garlic1 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning
Directions
Cook Jumbo Shells according to package.
Spray botttom of frying pan with Pam cooking spray.
Sautee onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground turkey and brown.
In a seperate small pan mix tomato sauce and italian seasoning.
when turkey is brown add tomato sauce mixture.
In seperate bowl mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg and mozzarella cheese.
Put 1/4 cup sauce in bottom of baking dish.
Drain shells and fill with cottage cheese mixture with one tablespoon of mixture for each shell.
Drizzle rest of sauce over shells and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.

Let Stand 15 min after removing from oven

    Great flavor...only added some fresh herbs from the garden.

    Would rather fill the shells more and only have three fro a serving than 4 that are puny. I got 16 shells from the filling but a bit larger filling and made three shells a serving with a salad on th side.
