Mix together in blender:1 c. mashed bananas1.2 c. plain yogurt1/2 c. honey3 tsp. instant coffee mixed with a little hot waterAdd: 2 eggs1 tsp. CinnamonMix in bowl and set aside:1 1/4 c. flour1 1/2 c. oatmeal flour1/4 c. wheat germ1 Tbs. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. saltCombine dry and wet ingredientsspoon into muffin cups and bake

Bake at 180 C for 25 min.
