Ingredients:Mixed Berries with Pomegranate - Dole, 1 cupBlueberry Pomegranate - Yoplait Frozen fruit 1/2 pouch, 1 serving Greek Yogurt (Strawberry) Brown Cow, 4 oz Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) *Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender,

Make sure you see the vortex in your blender as it is grinding everything together

I like to blend for about 2 minutes , because of the seeds.
