6 eggs, hard boiled2 medium backed potatoes, skin removed and mashed1T tarragon vinegar1t mustard1t chives1/8t turmeric
Directions
cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove and discard yolks. combine remaining ingredients and mix well. fill egg white halves with potato mixture. chill before serving. makes 12 servings
