Cashew Butter

Ingredients
.5 cup Roasted Cahsews, no salt1 Tbsp. Canola oil1 dash Salt
Directions
Roast 1/2 cup raw cashews at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Let cool. In a food processor grind the nuts, salt, and oil until a butter forms. Refrigerate.

Makes 4 1/2 ounce servings.
