Ingredients
3/4 C 1% Milk1/2 C room temperature water1 1/2 Tbs I can't believe it's not butter light margarine1/2 C Instant mashed potato flakes3 C Bread Flour1 1/2 tsp Salt Sense (33% reduced sodium salt)1 1/2 Tbs Splenda for baking1 C Sargento's reduced sodium mild cheddar cheese1/4 C Green onion (minced)1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (for bread machines)
Directions
**Cooking time is based on my machine, includes all the time from closing the lid until your bread is ready to eat**
Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended.
Mine says liquids first, then all dry ingredients except yeast. Once all dry ingredients are in, make a well and put in the yeast. Close the lid and use the basic setting on light to medium loaf color. Makes a 2lb loaf. (18 servings)
