French Bread Pudding

6 C. French bread cubed3/4C. raisins3 beaten eggs1-14oz.Condensed milk with 2 1/2 C.hot water2 T. melted butter2 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamonpinch of salt1 T. grated orange rind (optional) Sauce1 C. orange juice1/2 C. sugar1 T. cornstarch
Grease a 9by 13" pan with butter. French bread or italian bread cibes and rasins in pan. Mix tegether the rest of the ingredients and pour over the bread. Bake at 350 for 40 min. ot untill knife inserted, comes out clean.
For sauce to serve over top, if desired. cook and stir sauce ingredientd over medium heat untill thick and bubbly.
