Baked Eggs with Bacon, Egg & Cheese

Ingredients
Bread - Nature's Own Organic Whole Wheat, (cut rounds) or sandwitch rounds or English Muffin.Albertsons Reduced-Fat Colby & Monterey Jack Fancy Shredded. 2 TablespoonsParmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Spinach, cooked, .5 cupBacon - Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon, 1tbsp, 2 servingHalf and Half Cream, 2 tbspEgg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Spray oil on two 1 cup ramakins
3. Toast bread rounds in dry skillet till lightly toasted.
4. Remove bread and add spinach to skillet - Cook till softened.
5. Assemble by putting bread in bottom of each ramakin. Add divided cooked spinach and egg to the center of each. Top with cheeses, bacon crumbles and half and half.
6. Bake for 13 - 15 Minutes.
