Rice Blend with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup cooked wild rice3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped1/3 cup chopped onions (I prefer white onions)1 tsp olive oil1 tsp chopped garlic1 tsp. lime juice
Directions
Cook rices according to directions (minus salt) I use a rice cooker for the brown rice.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook and stir until onions turn golden. Add rices. Cook and stir 5 minutes longer. Add 1 tsp lime (or lemon) juice for flavor (MOL - more or less - to your personal taste)
Serves 1.
