no-burbon street chicken

Ingredients
1- large onion diced1 tsp sesame oil2 lbs chicken breast grilled and diced2 tsp ginger ground1 tsp garlic power1/2 cup brown sugar not packed1/2 cup pancake syrup1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
In a large non stick skillet brown onion in sesame oil. In an eletric/gas grill cook chicken till almost done. While chicken is cooking mix other ingretients in small bowl. Dice chicken and add to onion pour over sause and let the chicken fully cook. Simmer for about 10 min. Serve over your favorite rice.
