Directions
Chicken tenderloinsLemon JuiceUnsalted MargarineMrs. Dash No Sodium Lemon Pepper
Makes 5 servings of 3.5 ounces each.
In a large baking dish, (I prefer a 9 by 13 inch glass Pyrex dish) spray cooking spray.
Then pour one cup of lemon juice.
Cut the margarine into small pieces and place evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle some Mrs. Dash on bottom of pan.
Cut fat off of chicken tenderloins and place in pan. (This is why it isn't an even pound, pound and quarter, etc.)
After all the tenders have been placed in the pan, pour 1/4 cup of lemon juice over the tenders and season with Mrs. Dash.
Cook for about 45 in a 375 degree oven.
